Dominick DeCarlo
Chief Executive Officer, Founder

  • More than 28 years of experience in the title and settlement industry.
  • Founded Main Street Title Agency in 1988 with a staff of two. The firm now employs 35 full time professionals and is one of New York Tri State area’s leading title and settlement agencies.
  • Mr. DeCarlo is involved in day-to-day operations, reviewing title and closing major residential and commercial transactions. Mr. DeCarlo leads the firm in providing quality customer service to each and every client.
  • Mr. DeCarlo plays an active roll within the local community and is involved in fund-raisers for many local and regional charitable organization.

Bryan Nazor, Esq.
President

  • A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and New York Law School, Mr. Nazor is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar.
  • Mr. Nazor manages the day-to-day operation of the title division of Main Street. He reviews and approves all commitments before the file is sent to the appropriate lender, attorney, realtor or broker.
  • When required, Mr. Nazor attends residential & commercial closings in the capacity of a title officer. Mr. Nazor is available to all clients to review and to assist in the resolution of all title issues.

Lauren B. DeCarlo, Esq.
Vice President, Corporate Counsel

  • A graduate of Lehigh University and Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, New York, Ms. DeCarlo is active in the day-to-day operation of the firm. She reviews title and is available to all clients to assist in assuring a speedy, accurate closing. Ms. DeCarlo is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
  • Ms. DeCarlo handles residential, commercial and bank transactions including real estate closings.
  • Ms. DeCarlo manages all of Main Street Title’s affiliated business arrangements.

Randy Foster
President, New York Division

  • A graduate of Westfield State University, Mr. Foster heads the New York Division of Main Street Title.
  • Mr. Foster in involved in day-to-day operations of all facets of New York; sales, title review, closings and all client services.
  • Mr. Foster is responsible to assure the highest level of quality service for every client and reviews each transaction before releasing the commitment to the client.
